Wendy has a degree in vocal music education from Missouri State University. During her final year at Missouri State, she was a finalist for both Graduate of The Year and Student Teacher of The Year. Wendy has taught vocal music in the Lee’s Summit, Park Hill, Nixa, and Bolivar, Missouri school districts.   Wendy enjoys all styles of music.  She has toured Europe twice with choral ensembles, performed with the Missouri Girls’ Song and Dance troupe, as a former Miss Missouri Top 10, given solo concerts, and lent her voice for background track recordings and radio jingles.  Fun Fact - Wendy once sang backup for Barry Manilow!  Wendy’s family relocated to Wildwood two years ago.  Prior to that Wendy was actively involved in both performing and teaching musical theatre in the Kansas City metropolitan area.  Wendy’s favorite musical theatre performance credits include, Winifred Banks - Mary Poppins, Norma Desmond - Sunset Boulevard, Mrs. Potts - Beauty and The Beast, and The Witch - Into The Woods.
